Property Management Packages We offer a full independent management service for your property. Some owners buy for personal use, others for investment and rentals. Whatever your reason for purchasing your property, we have a package to suit your requirements. We can arrange cleaning, laundry service, property checks, maintenance and repairs. We will inspect your post box to ensure that all post is retrieved and securely held in our office for you. Arrangements can be made to ensure your utility bills are paid by direct debit with your Spanish bank relieving you of the worry of these payments whilst overseas.
BRONZE PACKAGE €150 + IVA per annum

SILVER PACKAGE €400 + IVA per annum

Client may be approached for possible rentals should all the Gold package properties be full. This rental service is entirely the owners decision
Should rentals be offered, the commission charge made will be 20% for short term lets

Full inventory made of the property and kept on file. Should the client require rentals, this inventory will be checked post rental at all times
Your property will be listed on our website as a rental property if you choose this rental service.
The commission charge for rentals is 15% for short term lets.
The rental option is not compulsory under the gold package but please state at time of inception of package should you require the rental service. Our management team can assist you on completion by arranging connection of utilities, cleaning ready to receive your new furniture, furniture packs and even tailor made fitted kitchens. Our aim is to ensure your property is ready to move into with the greatest of ease.
