quieter area of the resort but a short walk will take you down the
promenade to the busier urbanisation with many hotels, bars and
restaurants.
This apartment has recently been repainted. It offers two bedrooms, full bathroom, fitted kitchen will oven, hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. All necessary crockery and utencils are supplied for your convenience. The apartment has airconditioning which also offers heating for the winter months. UK satellite tv is connected for your enjoyment. There are sea views from the rooftop solarium with sunbeds available for your use. The lower terrace is accessed via the patio doors in the lounge and has patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. The roof solarium is accessed via stairway from the lower terrace. There is a communal pool with childrens pool available from mid June to mid September. Electricity is payable locally in the apartment by means of a euro coin meter. The rent has been reduced by 100 euros per week high season to allow for this.
The Gran Plaza shopping centre is a short drive away with numerous
bars, restaurants, shops and large hypermarket, Toys R Us, McDonalds,
Burger King etc. Opposite the plaza is the Thursday market (always a
popular choice). Mario Water Park is also a short drive away (open
high season only).
Car hire is not necessary at this apartment and airport transfers can be arranged. Welcome food packs can be ordered.
