This apartment is centrally located and car hire is not necessary. Airport transfers can be arranged. The Avenida Mediterranean is opposite the apartments with itīs array of shops, bars, restaurants and tapas bars. This road leads to the wide beaches of the resort. Once at the promenade a walk in one direction will take you to the large marina of Roquetas with wonderful restaurants and bars, fort and amphitheatre where local fiestas and shows take place. A walk in the other direction takes you to the larger urbanisation with an abundance of hotels, restaurants and bars. There are sunbeds for hire on the beach and parasols.
The local bus route again is in the Avenida from where you can catch a bus to Gran Plaza Shopping complex with hypermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, bowling alley and cinema complex. Mario Water Park (open high season only) is closeby as is the new roller skating rink and dance studio. There is an aquarium close to the water park.
